KitchenAid Pour Over Brewer 8 Cup Glass Coffee Maker, Onyx Black

The KitchenAidฎ Pour Over Brewer in Onyx Black is more than an auto drip, it’s an automated pour-over brewer. By implementing small differences to the brew cycle and careful attention to detail, the Pour Over Brewer can produce a fully infused cup that showcases all of your coffee’s subtle and bold flavors.
The water is heated to a precise 200ฐF (the center of the ideal 195ฐ-205ฐ range), and it’s heated just above the grinds in order to minimize heat loss. And, unlike drip coffee makers that continuously flood the brew basket, the new KitchenAid Pour Over Coffee Brewer first wets the grinds, then waits. This pause allows the grounds to ‘œbloom” before brewing with timed pulses of water, in the same manner as the manual pour-over process. There are one touch settings that will orient the brew cycle for medium or dark roasts, and a progress indicator lets you know the status of the brew. The KitchenAidฎ Pour Over Brewer uses paper filters in a removable, dishwasher-safe filter basket and an 8-cup glass carafe. A starter pack of #4 paper filters and coffee scoop are included and the Pour Over Brewer in Onyx Black is backed by KitchenAid’sฎ 1-year replacement limited warranty.
