Wusthof Classic Ikon Fillet Knife with Leather Sheath

Perfect for your kitchen or the fishing cabin, the Wusthof Classic Ikon 7″ Fillet Knife with Leather Sheath is the only German made fillet knife designed in the US by the best American fishing experts. The 7″ fillet knife is made with the same German high-carbon steel, tapered bolster and handle design of all Classic Ikon cutlery but the blade is even thinner and has excellent flexibility to deftly release fish, game and meats from bone. The rigid black leather sheath is custom fitted to the Ikon Fillet and snaps around the bolster to protect the blade and user in transport or on the lake.
