The Gourmet 5″ Serrated Spreader by Wusthof is a combination spreader / sandwich knife. The unique wide shape of the blade is well suited for slathering on anything from mustard to peanut butter to icing, while the serrated edge makes short work of slicing through sandwiches, bagels, tomatoes and more.
