Wusthof Gourmet Cheese Knife

This cheese knife is equipped with a razor sharp, offset blade which keeps knuckles off the cutting board, provides leverage, stability, and control when cutting into hard cheeses like Parmesan. The blade is also equipped with a special diamond patterned etching which prevents cheese from sticking to the blade.
